Job Description
We are looking for a motivated HVAC Install Apprentice to join our team at Cropp-Warrenton - Service Experts. As an Install Helper, you will work under direct supervision to assist in the installation of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment and accessories.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in HVAC equipment installation under supervision.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
- Support in the maintenance of company property and tools.
- Complete paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain professionalism and uphold company standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED with HVAC training.
- Relevant certifications such as EPA and safety.
- Mechanical aptitude and tool operation skills.
- Good communication and time-management abilities.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
- Physical capability to handle HVAC tasks in various environments.
