Job Description - HVAC Lead Installer (Residential)

Key Responsibilities
- Install residential and light commercial HVAC equipment and accessories according to company and manufacturer specifications.
- Provide exceptional customer service, promote products, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in training other installers, perform complex installations, and support supervisors in various tasks.
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and paperwork accurately and professionally.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of HVAC experience.
- Relevant licensing and certifications as per state regulations.
- Proficient in HVAC equipment installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to work in various environmental conditions.
