HVAC Mechanic

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Mechanic to join our team at Windsor Run, a vibrant continuing care retirement community developed and managed by Erickson Senior Living. The HVAC Mechanic will be responsible for the overall maintenance of the community's heating and cooling systems, ensuring their efficient and safe operation.
Responsibilities
- Performing light maintenance of all heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
- Responding to emergency calls for system and equipment failure.
- Inspecting, monitoring, and evaluating efficiency and safety of systems.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED.
- One to three years of experience in HVAC maintenance.
- Ability to implement all plans formulated by the Engineering/Maintenance Manager.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with residents and staff.
