We are looking for a skilled HVAC Service Tech to join our team at Orangutan - Service Experts. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform residential and light commercial service and maintenance calls.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems professionally and accurately.
• Service heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
• Prevent premature breakdowns by identifying and addressing potential problems.
• Complete routine maintenance, deliver and remove parts, and maintain accurate records.
• Promote products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Health & Safety Roles:

• Report unsafe acts, conditions, and hazards immediately.
• Correct substandard acts or conditions within your control.
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment as required.
• Comply with safety rules and participate in safety initiatives.
• Provide input on safety initiatives and report all incidents promptly.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma with 2-5 years of HVAC experience and technical training certification.
• Possess valid licensing and certifications per local regulations.
• Skilled at servicing HVAC equipment and related accessories.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing various systems.
• Strong communication, time-management, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work flexible hours.
• Physical ability to climb, lift, and maneuver in various environments.
