Key Responsibilities
- Performing service and maintenance calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Diagnosing and resolving customer problems related to heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
- Completing routine maintenance, equipment cleaning, and parts delivery for service work.
- Ensuring excellent customer service and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 2 to 5 years of HVAC experience and technical training certification.
- Valid HVAC licensing and EPA certification.
- Proficiency in servicing HVAC equipment and related accessories.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems with little to no supervision.
- Effective communication and time-management skills.
