Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled HVAC Service Tech to join the Orangutan - Service Experts team. As an HVAC Service Tech, you will play a critical role in performing residential and light commercial service and maintenance calls, diagnose and resolve customer problems, inspect and service heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment, and ensure exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform service and maintenance calls under minimal supervision.
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems professionally and accurately.
- Inspect and service various HVAC equipment accurately and in a timely manner.
- Complete routine maintenance and equipment cleaning as needed.
- Deliver excellent customer service and promote products and services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 2-5 years of HVAC experience and technical training certification.
- Valid HVAC licensing and EPA certification.
- Proficient in servicing HVAC equipment and related accessories.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate necessary tools and equipment.
- Effective communication and time-management skills.
