Job Title: HVAC Service Technician

Key Responsibilities
- Perform residential and light commercial service and maintenance calls independently.
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems professionally and in a timely manner.
- Service heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment accurately and efficiently.
- Inspect equipment, perform diagnostics, and conduct routine maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
- Deliver excellent customer service and promote products and services.
Health & Safety Roles and Responsibilities
- Report any unsafe conditions or hazards promptly.
- Comply with safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Participate in safety initiatives and report incidents immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 2-5 years of HVAC experience.
- Valid technical training certification, EPA certification, and safety certifications.
- Proficient mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot HVAC systems.
- Effective communication and time-management skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to work flexible hours.
