Job Description
L.L.Bean is seeking a licensed Industrial Master Electrician to work in their Order Fulfillment Center in Freeport. This full-time position offers competitive pay starting at $37.00 per hour, premium pay for night shifts, great benefits, a generous employee discount, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus. The Industrial Master Electrician will be responsible for performing senior-level electrical maintenance, providing electrical safety oversight, and collaborating with internal clients for technology requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide second-level support for complex electrical maintenance issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance on industrial equipment and facilities.
- Troubleshoot and repair automated industrial systems.
- Install, maintain, and support complex robotics and vision systems.
- Upgrade and maintain power distribution systems.
- Oversee and support junior electricians.
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and best practices.
Requirements
- Licensed Master Electrician with industrial maintenance experience.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting complex electrical controls and PLCs.
- Knowledge of NEC and NFPA 70E.
- Skilled in handling aerial lifts and boom trucks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members.
- Valid state driver's license.

Education & Experience
Vocational/Technical Degree with a master electrician license or 2-Year Associate's Degree + 6 years of experience.
