Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall daily operations of the Jack in the Box location.
- Execute Jack in the Box systems and processes at the location with accountability and discretion.
- Respond to guest concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Recruit, select, build, train, coach, and lead a team while performing ALL job duties and stations.
- Build restaurant sales and profits while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
