Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and caring Licensed Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team at Charter Senior Living of Paducah. In this role, you will be responsible for safely administering medications and treatments to our residents while providing professional and compassionate care.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments following established procedures.
- Document and communicate resident information effectively.
- Maintain resident confidentiality.
- Assist with medication management and ordering.
- Monitor medication deliveries and report any discrepancies.
Requirements
- Licensed Nurse (LPN/LVN) in the appropriate state.
- Experience working with the elderly population is desired.
- Proficiency in English.
- CPR certification.
- Ability to pass a background check.
