Job Description: Licensed Practical Nurse

Join Genesis Health as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to contribute to our mission of improving lives through high-quality healthcare and compassion. As an LPN, you will participate in the Resident Assessment Process, ensure patient care quality, and facilitate nursing center reimbursement.

Position Highlights:

• Direct and oversee the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process.
• Develop individualized resident Care Plans and identify resident needs.
• Train interdisciplinary team members on clinical content and MDS completion.

Requirements:

• LPN license in good standing.
• Prior experience in hospital or long-term care facility.
• Familiarity with nursing practices, medical procedures, and long-term care regulations.
• Computer proficiency in Windows applications.
• AccuMed experience preferred.
• Previous MDS Coordinator experience is a plus.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
