Genesis Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN MDS Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the Resident Assessment Process by completing the Minimum Data Set (MDS) and Care Area Assessments (CAAs) to ensure optimal patient care and nursing center reimbursement.

Position Highlights

• Direct and oversee the RAI process, ensuring compliance with guidelines for completion and electronic transmission of the MDS.
• Contribute to the development of individualized resident Care Plans based on resident needs and expected outcomes.
• Provide training on clinical content and electronic completion of MDS items to new interdisciplinary team members.
