Job Description
Genesis HealthCare is seeking a passionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team. As an LPN, you will impact the lives of our patients and residents daily, forming meaningful relationships and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to achieve the best outcomes.
Position Highlights
- Provide efficient nursing care to ensure positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
- Conduct patient evaluations, monitor conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to care planning and supervise unlicensed staff.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Preferably experienced in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
