Job Description
Join our team at Siler City Center as a Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse. In this role, you will work either 7am - 7pm or 7pm - 7am shifts with every other weekend. As a critical part of our healthcare delivery team, you will provide efficient and effective nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse while ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
