Job Description
Genesis Health is currently looking for a passionate and highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Montgomeryville Center. As an LPN, you will have the opportunity to change lives, build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, and work alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary team to achieve the best patient outcomes.
Position Highlights
- Deliver efficient nursing care to ensure positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Conduct patient evaluations, monitor conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to care planning and supervise unlicensed staff.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
Requirements
Applicants must be graduates of an approved vocational nursing school and currently licensed or in the process of obtaining LPN licensure. Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred. BLS/CPR certification is required for employment at skilled nursing or assisted living facilities.
