Job Description
Genesis Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our dynamic team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide efficient and effective nursing care while ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments following physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
