Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Cottonwood Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. Responsibilities
- Monitor patients throughout their treatment.
- Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs.
- Ensure patients take their medication as prescribed.
- Assist RNs and other medical team members.
- Liaise with patients' families to provide updates and support.
Qualifications
- Completed LPN license program.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
