Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Cottonwood Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. As an LPN, you will be responsible for monitoring patients, performing routine checks, and assisting the clinical team. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and works effectively in high-pressure situations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor patients throughout their treatment.
- Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs.
- Ensure patients take their medication.
- Assist RNs and other medical team members.
- Liaise with patients' families.
Qualifications
- Completed LPN license program.
- Strong computer skills.
