Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Genesis Health. As an integral part of our healthcare team under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver high-quality nursing care, contribute to assessments and care planning, administer medications, and supervise patient care.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to care planning and assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
