Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Genesis Healthcare in a part-time night shift position. As an LPN under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality nursing care to patients while ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments, monitor conditions, and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
- Support in nursing assessments and collaborate in care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by physicians.
- Oversee and supervise care provided by unlicensed personnel.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN license from the State Board of Nursing.
- Up-to-date BLS/CPR certification, as per facility requirements.
