We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis HealthCare's Montgomeryville Center. Position Highlights

• Deliver efficient nursing care with a focus on positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
• Conduct patient evaluations, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Participate in nursing assessments and care planning.
• Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.
• Administer medications and perform treatments following physician orders.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current LPN license or pending licensure.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
