Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the team at Genesis HealthCare's Montgomeryville Center. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality healthcare services to patients and residents, fostering meaningful relationships, and contributing to positive clinical outcomes.
Position Highlights
- Deliver efficient and effective nursing care with a focus on patient and family satisfaction.
- Evaluate patient conditions, collect data, and report changes to the interdisciplinary team.
- Participate in nursing assessments and care planning.
- Supervise and monitor unlicensed staff in providing patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current LPN license or pending licensure.
- Preferably experienced in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
- Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
