Responsibilities
- Deliver efficient nursing care to ensure positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Conduct patient evaluations, monitor conditions, and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
- Participate in nursing assessments and care planning.
- Supervise and oversee care provided by unlicensed staff.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current state licensure as an LPN or pending licensure.
- Preferably experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
