Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Health. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care, ensure positive clinical outcomes, and maintain patient and family satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Assess patients/residents, monitor conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to care planning and administer medications and treatments as directed.
• Supervise and oversee care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification.
