Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Health. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care, ensure positive clinical outcomes, and prioritize patient and family satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients and collect data to monitor and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending license as a practical nurse by the State Board of Nursing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
