Job Description
Genesis Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Montgomeryville Center. Position Highlights
- Provide efficient nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
- Assess patients, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to care planning and supervise unlicensed staff.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current state nursing license or pending LPN licensure.
- Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
