Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team at Genesis Healthcare. In this role, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved nursing school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
