Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As an essential part of the healthcare team, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality nursing care and ensure positive outcomes for patients.

Position Highlights

• Assess patients and collect crucial data to monitor and report changes in their condition.
• Contribute to care planning and assist with nursing assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders.
• Supervise and oversee patient care provided by unlicensed staff members.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
