Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at Genesis Health. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or pending licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
