Job Description
Genesis Health, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver efficient and effective nursing care while ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending state licensure as an LPN.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
