Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Easton Nursing and Rehab. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver efficient nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
