Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our HomeHealth team at ChristianaCare. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and participate in developing discharge plans. This position offers a competitive salary range of $22.00 - $28.00 per hour based on relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients.
- Implement patient-centered care plans.
- Participate in developing discharge plans.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
- Ability to work in New Castle County, DE.
- Availability for day or night shifts, one weekend per month, and 2 holidays per year.
