Job Description
Are you an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Home Health looking to join a team with state-of-the-art technology and comprehensive training? ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem LPNs to provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Give skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement care plans that are goal-oriented, patient-centered, and resource-consistent.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED required.
- Must possess a current DE LPN license or compact state license.
Job Details
- Job Types: Per diem, Part-time, Full-time
- Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
- Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
