Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join ChristianaCare HomeHealth. As part of our team, you will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community, implementing patient-centered care plans with compassion and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients.
- Implement patient-centered care plans with available resources.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.

Pay
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
