Job Description
We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Home Health team at ChristianaCare. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and participate in discharge planning. This role offers the opportunity to work full-time, part-time, or per diem, with flexible scheduling options.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients.
- Implement patient-centered care plans.
- Participate in developing discharge plans.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
Benefits
- Competitive pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour.
