Job Description
We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our HomeHealth team. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients in the community.
- Execute patient-centered care plans aligned with available resources.
- Contribute to discharge planning for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
