Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our ChristianaCare HomeHealth team. As an LPN in our organization, you will have the opportunity to provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and contribute to patient-centered discharge planning.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatments to geriatric patients.
- Implement goal-oriented and patient-centered care plans.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED.
- Current DE LPN license, or compact state license.

Work Details

- Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour.
- Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week.
