Job Description
We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our HomeHealth team at ChristianaCare. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and participate in discharge planning. This is a Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem position with flexible hours and competitive pay based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients.
- Implement patient-centered care plans.
- Participate in developing discharge plans.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
