Job Description
We are looking for dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our ChristianaCare HomeHealth team. As an LPN with ChristianaCare, you will have the opportunity to provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community while supporting their treatment plans. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement goal-oriented and patient-centered care plans.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
