Job Description
We are seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our ChristianaCare HomeHealth team. As an LPN with ChristianaCare, you will have the opportunity to work with geriatric patients in the community, implementing care plans and providing skilled nursing care. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients.
- Implement goal-oriented and patient-centered care plans.
- Participate in developing discharge plans.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license, or compact state license.
- Full-time, Part-time, and Per Diem positions available.
