Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Health. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to our patients and residents. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes and provide compassionate care.
Position Highlights
- Provide efficient nursing care and contribute to positive clinical outcomes.
- Conduct patient evaluations and report any changes in condition.
- Assist in nursing assessments and care planning.
- Supervise and monitor unlicensed staff providing patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing, or pending LPN licensure.
- Preferably experienced in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
