Job Description
Genesis Health is seeking Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Pheasant Wood. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide efficient nursing care and contribute to positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
- Compliance with CDC and CMS standards.
