Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide efficient nursing care, administer medications, and supervise patient care.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current State Board of Nursing licensure or pending LPN licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
