Job Description
We are looking for dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Genesis Health. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient nursing care and contribute to positive clinical outcomes for our patients.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments following physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current LPN license or pending licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification (if required).
