Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking motivated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Applewood Center. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes for our patients/residents.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents' conditions and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved nursing school.
- Current LPN license or pending licensure.
- BLS/CPR certification.
