Job Description: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Genesis Health is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Pheasant Wood. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient nursing care and ensure positive patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Position Highlights:
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
