Genesis Healthcare is looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team and provide efficient and effective nursing care to our patients. As an LPN, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver positive clinical outcomes and ensure patient and family satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed.
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
