Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and document condition changes.
• Contribute to care planning and execute physician orders.
• Administer medications and supervise patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved practical nursing program.
• Licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center.
