Job Description
Genesis Health is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team at Wolfboro Bay Center. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient and effective nursing care to patients, contributing to positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
