Job Description
Genesis HealthCare is currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Wolfboro Bay Center. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications, and ensure positive patient outcomes.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, monitor conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to care planning and assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments as per orders.
- Supervise unlicensed staff in providing patient care.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
